The Diamondback rejected this cartoon because it wasn’t news. I mean, obviously the fact that everyone involved in university bureaucracy is a huge jerkwad isn’t news. But technically knowing that one of the aforementioned jerkwads was nicknamed “Jiggly Chode” by his frat bros is news to me.
